TeleGeography's Russian research specialists Jonathan Hjembo and Elliott Cheresh will be returning to Capacity Russia & CIS on October 18-19.

Jon will be moderating the keynote debate "Evaluating Partnership and Investment Opportunities in Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan" on Oct 19th at 10:30am.
