How do you help hundreds of network managers, IT professionals, and service providers face some of their biggest technological challenges?
You talk to them. You talk to them a lot.
You gather case studies from companies to learn what wide area networking and cloud management issues are important to them. You ask about their SD-WAN implementations and lessons learned. You consider vendor selection and security concerns and learn from those who have taken on those issues in their own offices already.
This is what we do at the WAN Summit.
The WAN Summit is a conference series co-hosted by TeleGeography and Capacity Media. Kickstarted in 2013 to bring together network managers, service providers, and vendors, we wanted to keep attendees up to speed with the latest trends in technology and share ideas about all things networking.
Through this series, we’ve collected more than 50 unique stories from network managers about the challenges they’ve faced and the solutions with which they’ve responded. Our new e-book contains a small collection of those stories, representing companies large and small, and covering all corners of the globe.
We’ve broken down these cases studies into three groups. Our first batch will include networking experiences that have special focus on all things cloud. The second will feature first-person stories that ponder the current state of the WAN and where it’s headed. And our final chapter collects a broad swath of network migrations, showcasing an array of specific challenges faced by WAN managers—and their eventual solutions.
Our new e-book contains a small collection of those stories, representing companies large and small, and covering all corners or the globe.
We hope that these stories provide both information and inspiration that you can take back to your team. And, if you haven’t joined us yet, we hope you’ll consider bringing your WAN story to one of our next summits.
